FAST Logistics Group continues to invest in the future of leadership as it officially welcomes the second batch of its Management Trainee Program — an initiative designed to build the next generation of logistics leaders from the ground up.

As the Philippines’ leading provider of integrated end-to-end logistics solutions, FAST remains committed to strengthening its talent pipeline by equipping high-potential individuals with the competencies required to lead operations across its nationwide network.

The welcome ceremony, held at the FAST Learning and Innovation Hub, was attended by key leaders across the organization, underscoring the importance of the program in FAST’s overall growth strategy.

Present in the ceremony were FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel Onrejas Jr., Warehousing Division Head Aron Christian Javier, AVP for Human Resources Ivey Lauren Lumanglas, Learning and Development Head Jade Minette Bondoc, Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition Lorraine Espino, HR Senior Manager Aiko Bayobo, and Talent Development Manager Jel Macapagal.

“Our growth has always been anchored on people,” said FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr. “Through the Management Trainee Program, we are deliberately shaping leaders who understand our operations, embody our values, and are ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic logistics environment.”

Building the Next Generation of Leaders

The second batch of Management Trainees marks another milestone in FAST’s long-term leadership development strategy.

The new cohort is composed of seven individuals. They will undergo an intensive and immersive training program designed to accelerate their readiness for critical leadership roles. They are:

  • Clea Louise Cuesta Vitasa – Lyceum of the Philippines University – Laguna, Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
  • Keith Andrei Leoj Piamonte Mailom – University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Business Economics

The Management Trainee Program develops future logistics site heads through standardized operational training and leadership development. It also provides systems exposure and cross-site immersion. By aligning trainees with FAST’s culture and operational standards early on, the program ensures consistent execution excellence across all locations.

FAST recruits fresh graduates and individuals with minimal logistics experience to develop talent aligned with its systems, values, and performance expectations from day one.

The second batch is currently completing the program’s structured training, which includes site tours and theoretical instruction.

“By immersing them early in real operations, we accelerate both their learning and their impact on the business,” Manny said.

The first batch of FAST’s Management Trainee Program completed the six-month training, demonstrating strong readiness for future operational leadership roles.

Celebrating the First Batch of Graduates

FAST also celebrated Batch 1’s successful completion of the program alongside Batch 2’s onboarding—a milestone for both the trainees and the organization.

Batch 1 completed a rigorous six-month training program from October 20, 2025 to April 20, 2026, and showed strong performance and readiness for operational leadership roles.

The first batch of Management Trainee graduates includes Kim Nicole Bombales (Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila – BS Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude), Jamela Hannah Pitogo (Batangas State University – BS Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude), Cassandra Joy Rodelas (Batangas State University – BS Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude), and Karylle Dimple Soriano (University of Cabuyao – BS Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude).

“The success of our first batch validates the strength of the program,” said Manny. “It demonstrates our commitment to building leaders who will drive our operations forward.”

As new trainees begin their journey and Batch 1 steps into leadership roles, FAST continues to strengthen its position not only as a logistics leader, but also as a builder of leaders.
