FAST Logistics Group, the Philippines’ leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, showcased its integrated end-to-end logistics solutions and digital transformation initiatives at the Logistics Services Philippines (LSPH) Conference & Exhibit 2026 held on Wednesday, May 6, at the Fairmont Makati Ballroom.
Organized by logistics news platform PortCalls and the Department of Trade and Industry Supply Chain Logistics Group, the LSPH Conference & Exhibit 2026 gathered leaders from government, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
The event focused on infrastructure development, trade facilitation, sustainability, and digitalization.
The LSPH Conference & Exhibit 2026 marked the conference’s return after previous editions in 2018 and 2019.
As one of the event’s major sponsors, FAST mounted an exhibit booth that served as a venue for networking and discussions between FAST Solutions Experts and industry stakeholders.
Visitors learned more about the company’s integrated logistics solutions covering multi-modal transport, warehousing, cross-docking, intelligent cold chain, and toll manufacturing or value-added services.
The company also met with customers and partners during the conference.
As an industry leader in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) logistics, FAST continues to leverage its infrastructure, capabilities, and nationwide network to support businesses across industries, including pharmaceutical, agribusiness, automotive, industrial, and technology sectors.
Industry Leadership in Integrated End-to-End Logistics
FAST served as one of the resource speakers for the event in recognition of its role in Philippine logistics.
During the conference’s digitalization segment, FAST Chief Information Officer Leo Sacamos Jr. shared how the company uses technology and real-time visibility tools to address long-standing logistics inefficiencies, including empty truck return trips and underutilized FMCG delivery vehicles.
Leo said digital tools enable shared logistics by improving demand aggregation, identifying backhaul opportunities, and optimizing fleet utilization across delivery networks.
He also emphasized the need to accelerate end-to-end supply chain digitalization and blockchain adoption amid disruptions, operational inefficiencies, and growing customer demands.
Leo said blockchain-enabled e-contracts and digital documentation could improve supply chain visibility, traceability, and transaction security. However, he said broader adoption would require stronger government support, enabling policies, and the necessary digital infrastructure.
“Digitalization is a major turning point for logistics. It enables agility and resiliency,” Leo said. “The future of logistics will be built on transparency, interoperability, and real-time data.”
Digitalization for Greater Efficiency
FAST is transitioning from an in-house Transport Management System (TMS) to FarEye, a global logistics technology platform designed to improve route optimization, shipment visibility, and customer experience across large-scale operations.
The platform is expected to help streamline delivery routes and cross-dock operations and reduce fuel consumption and idle time. FAST will also utilize it to provide real-time shipment tracking and electronic proof of delivery.
FAST is also expanding its use of AI-powered dashcams to improve road safety and logistics efficiency. The technology monitors driver behavior and issues real-time alerts to prevent road incidents.
For its warehousing operations, FAST is leveraging Warehouse Management System and Voice-Pick Technology powered by leading tech company Honeywell to improve warehouse accuracy, productivity, inventory visibility, and operational safety.
With over 50 years of industry leadership, FAST Logistics Group remains the Philippines’ leading provider of integrated end-to-end logistics solutions.
