“The present crisis brought about by the Iran war, which caused fuel prices to hit an all-time high, underscores the urgent need to support those in the trucking business,” said FAST Business Unit Head for Transport Operations (Inland, RoRo, Air Freight, and Sea Freight) Oli Encabo.

“The crisis should also not discourage aspiring entrepreneurs from entering the trucking industry because there are programs designed to support and assist them in jumpstarting their business,” he added.
